On December 6th 2016 the students of MJH2 will be publishing the very first issue of our
newspaper, The Student Chronicle at the Anna Brett Hall in Ballyfermot College of Further Education. This newspaper is written by students for students all across the country; from Donegal to Dublin and from Cork to Cavan. The main aim of our newspaper is to discuss and tackle student issues and write about to
pics that will interest students. It doesn’t matter if you’re
studying Law in Trinity or History in NUIG there will be something in The Student Chronicle to
tickle everyone’s fancy. We will be covering everything from student housing to body image and from gaming reviews to quirky sports. If you are a student The Student Chronicle is a newspaper you need to pick up because it’s
written by people just like you- the coffee fuelled, Netflix obsessed procrastinators. We know how embarrassing it is when you run out of money on your leap card and we understand how draining those 9am English literature classes can be. Our aim is to share our thoughts, our words of wisdom and our tips with you through the art of print journalism. In the wise words of Dr Seuss
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places
you’ll go.”
Don’t forget that the first issue of The Student Chronicle will be released on Tuesday December 6th 2016.
