Non-toxic cleaning! 🧼

A micro passion of mine!

I LOVE brining non-toxic cleaning products into my home because ..

🧼Decreases my families toxic load
🧼Cleans naturally and effectively
🧼Supports a clean and healthy living environment for my family

I use a couple different surface cleaners. This particular one, Force of Nature is a beast!! It’s non-toxic bleach!

✔️Kills 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, and mold

I love that I have options that fit my lifestyle and how I want my home to be!

To be honest I struggle with this. I feel like I ebb and flow with believing in myself. Just like everything else in life .. some days I feel like I have it all figured out and then other days I feel like I know nothing!😅

Despite this feeling I keep going. Small steps even if it takes all my strength.

I. KEEP. GOING.

I believe that we all have whatever we want we just need the courage to unveil it!🤍

My go to smoothie! So simple and delish!

Ingredients:
-Frozen Strawberries
-Frozen Banana
-Raw Milk
-Vanilla Protein Powder
-Collagen

Mix in blender till smooth!🍹

Recipe alert🚨

Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
-Pasta
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Garlic
-Pesto
-Pine Nuts
-Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

1.) Cook pasta

2.) While pasta is cooking (or water in heating up), cook cherry tomatoes, any variety, with chopped garlic. Cook until the tomatoes blister and break open.

3.) In a big serving bowl add cooked pasta, cooked tomatoes and garlic. Add pesto, store bought or homemade. Toss to combine.

4.) Add pine nuts and shredded parmesan cheese to liking.

5.) Can add any type of protein - grilled chicken or sausage would work great!

-I also don’t measure! I measure with my heart☺️ So add how much you like of any ingredient!

I know that it’s so sooo worth it!!

Moving through fear can look like small steps as well. Don’t think it always needs to be a high giant step.

Once the momentum gets going, the magic happens!!✨
