As summer is known to be the season of rainfall, in southern parts of Bhutan the rain is extremely heavy accompanied by strong wind and terrifying lightning and thunder. In these types of weather condition road block and electricity disturbance is as to be expected but still this won't stop the dwellers of Wangphu Gewog and BPC technical staffs. Road blocks and electricity power loss are fixed within few days thanks to their hardworking cooperation.

On 28th February, 2024 the Gewog held GT (Gewog Tshogdhu) on budget discussion and future wellbeing of the Gewog. With the Gup as the chairperson, Mangmi, GAO (Gewog Administration Officer), 4 Chewog Tshogpas and Gewog officials (From Agriculture, Livestock, Medical and forestery offices) were present during the important meeting/discussion.
