Laputa Premium Buffet
Laputa Premium Buffet has recently landed in Perth, the highlight of this place is definitely the panoramic view of the Swan River and the gorgeous Japanese inspired interior.
There have been heaps of mixed reviews about this place. But for $60 for dinner on a weekday, you can’t really complain! There is a good variety of Japanese and International dishes, however they are very slow to replenish - especially the sushi and sashimi. I really enjoyed that you could make your own ramen and udon, the broths were pretty decent! All in all I feel that they have so much potential to do better, so I hope that they’ll lift their game and create a more efficient system. And oh, remove those tacky green wet wipes on the table, ruined such a beautiful table setting! We give them a 7/10👍🏼

Jacobs ladder is a free activity for fitness enthusiasts to exercise whilst enjoying the panoramic view of Perth and Swan River.
Right after your morning exercise, head down to Health Freak Cafe at the bottom of the stairs for a post work out feed. Their meals are calorie and protein controlled that are ALL gluten and sugar free. Eat guilt free! They also have Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Free of Onion and Garlic, and Paleo options.

Super excited that it's finally here after seeing it on social media all over the world, and they've done justice to it. The Ice cream is rolled in front of you, and Kronuts are deep fried to order.

Move along Grill’d (sorry), because RoyAL’s is just around the corner! This chicken and burger bar is relatively new to Victoria Park, and I can see why everyone loves it.
These guys deliver one of the best American style burgers in Perth - dirty, greasy, juicy, stuffed with all kinds of ingredients that may clog your arteries… perfectly paired with your favourite booze (BYO). But don’t worry, most dishes comes with some sort of veggies. They have vegetarian options, but I can’t assure you that it’ll be healthy! We recommend the "King of crowns" and "Hot chicks". And oh did i mention that the "RoyAl w cheese" is x100 better than the whopper from hungry jacks!
I’m ecstatic that this place does free flow ice lemon tea for only $3.50/Or $6 with a smaller side dish. Its pretty light, but it does cut through the greasiness from the meal. I really wanted to try the malt milkshake and some other dishes, but we didn’t want to be too greedy. So let me know what your thoughts are! Overall I give this place a 7.5/10, the great customer service is such a bonus! But beware, they do get busy at night.
Authentic Bites Dumpling House
We hardly see specialised dumpling eateries in Perth, so when we heard about this, we had to check it out!!
This place is near The Tuck Shop, and Old crow. Upon arrival, the interior seems pretty budgeted. The seat I had was slightly flimsy, however when the food came I completely disregarded it. Wait time for food was around 15 minutes. The wonton peanut topping was something I’ve never seen before, and we love it! XiaoLongBao was our dish of the day, it was fresh, hot, and had soup oozing out of it. The pan-fried dumplings was pretty disappointing despite its good looks, the skin was too thick and the ingredients did not taste fresh (was expecting some chunks of prawn). I’ve yet to try the kimchi pan-fried dumplings, so let me know what you think! P.S. free tea and condiments are provided.
Overall, I give this place a 6.7/10. If you want amazing and authentic XiaoLongBao, give it a shot (:
