Avocado Hummus
Serving Size: 6
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:
3 avocados
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lemon, juice
1/4 cup tahini butter
1/4 cup parsley, fresh
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp salt
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
sliced cucumbers
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes.
3. Serve with sliced cucumber.
