Out with the old and in with the new. We got our Sony A7SII really fast from the awesome almighty Photogear! Contact Staples Productions for rental.

It's a bit bigger then the previous model which is good and the grip as well. A lot easer to shoot handheld. Especially with that new internal stabilisation. We are excited for this little 4K power house to join our Freefly Systems MoVi M5!

We were part of a 4min 30sec long MoVi shot in Cairo for a Mobinil commercial. The biggest mobile operator in Egypt. We closed 4 main roads in the center of Cairo, rehearsed the shot for 4 days and because of every individual crew member we are done today. Simply put, these guys rock! The director was one of the best from here and we are so grateful that we were able to work beside him and the Italian DOP Cesare Danese. More BTS shots on the way.

While on Crete we also filmed a promo for one of the best hotels on Crete called Royal Blue. You can rent this Villa for 3000Eur/day. We were running the MoVi M5 for almost 8hours on a single battery and since the C100 has a great viewfinder, we put the bigger Swit down so the setup would be even lighter. It's a breeze:)

We tested out the Movi M5 last week with a few talented dancers under the wings of chorographer Matevž Česen and to be honest, we still think this is just to damn good of a tool to be actually real. No problem with the work flow... Every little thing can be adjusted through the freefly software so easily on the go and with the C100 on it, with a little extra weight, works perfectly! Its like realizing unicorns exist! With the autofocus update coming our way this week, we can't wait to try that out as well!

Ninja Blender

And here it finally drops… A commercial video for Teresamisu through one of the leading brands in healthy blending waters called NINJA!

We developed the concept and filmed it in epic New Zealand and it was one of the hardest 2 working nights we ever experienced for 2min. One thing is for sure, keeping the light consistent through all the shots was one of the biggest challenges. Bon Appétit! :)

Isola di Pag by VGMANIA.IT // summer 2013

We had some fun on the island of Pag last summer with the Italian traveling agency VGMANIA. We filmed everything in one day from sunrise to sunset and went home... Summer is coming!
