hello world, it's me.

I am a teenager on self-improvement and I have a long way to go. I made this page as a journal and also to help people with their journey as well.

I will be posting 1 post daily about a quote or a saying of the day and I'll be going deep into that topic in my journal

I'm starting Project WIP(100 days)
Starting: September 2nd
Ending on: December 11th

PROJECT; WIP Rules (tweak for your own circumstances)
1. Wake up Before 6AM and Sleep at 9PM
2. Morning and Night Routine without distractions(30 minutes)
3. Do something for your Mental Health (e.g.; journaling, meditation, etc.)
4. Do something for your Physical Health (Exercise every day)
5. Dedicate time every day for your Goal/Dream (Me: Content Creation)
6. Dedicate time every day for School (catch up on schoolwork/ to avoid cramming)
7. Read 10 Pages of a Non-Fic Book every day (Self Imp Books)
8. Healthy Eating (Avoiding Sugar, Less Rice more Fruits)
