Europa hydro refinery and atmosphere processor. Concept design from Between Black. Refining the energy rich hydro molecule from the oceans beneath the surface of jupiters moon. A byproduct of the process fuels the atmosphere processors that makes the air breathable in many regions. A side effect of the artificial atmosphere is the heating of the surface. Over the years the top layers of ice melted to reveal a range of mountainous island frozen in the ice, believed to be debri left from asteroid impacts millions of years ago.
