â¨ď¸Do you feel like youâre always in go mode?
Always doing, fixing, planning, thinking about the next thing?
Niksen is the art of doing nothing. And no, itâs not lazy. Itâs necessary.
When you give your nervous system a chance to pause, everything else starts to feel a little lighter.
A few ideas of how you could practise niksen:
⢠Sit with a cup of tea and donât scroll
⢠Look out the window and let your mind wander
⢠Step outside and notice whatâs around you
⢠Do something without turning it into a task

When was the last time I truly did nothing, and how did my body feel afterwards?
