A little De-cember reminder for this month...
You don't always need to be adding more.

See if thereâs one thing you can take off your plate. Small changes make a big difference.

You donât need to do it all or do it perfectly. Good enough is honestly enough.
⢠De-activate the noise
Step back from the apps, chats or spaces that drain you. Protect your energy.
⢠De-tox your self-talk
Notice the harsh thoughts and swap them for something a little kinder and more realistic.
