I’ve got two lovely online journaling evenings lined up in September, and I’d love for you to join me!

💬Friday 5th September – An Intention Setting Journaling Circle to help you reset and realign for the month ahead.

📝 Friday 19th September – A Creative Journaling Session on the theme:
✨️"Attitude of Gratitude"✨️
Bring your art & craft supplies and a cuppa and spend time together expressing, creativity through artistic journaling, taking a moment to show gratitude for the little things in life we often miss in the hustle and bustle of life!
🫁We'll close our session with a calming breathwork and body reset practice.

Both events are hosted live on Google Meet so you can join from the comfort of home and are open to all.

It’s easy to assume someone has it all together just by what they share or how they show up, especially online. What we see is often smoke, mirrors & good editing.

But most of us are carrying silent struggles, juggling pressures, and doing our best behind the scenes.

Let this be a reminder: you’re not alone in feeling tired, imperfect, or overwhelmed sometimes. And you don’t need to have it all figured out to be doing a great job.
