Like a touch bearer at the great Olympics games Mercy Wave Foundation has held her head high through the rigors of concluding the MERCY UWAKWE FACE OF THE WEEK Season 1 (MUFOW 1).

MUFOW is an online competition which gives the youths (especially intending models) an opportunity to submit their pictures, canvass for votes online and monitor the outcome. This contest is aimed at positively engaging the youths on social media, as it is clear that lots of youths spend their time aimlessly online.

The just concluded Mufow season 1 had 53 contestants who got engaged for days before the final results where released. Apart from giving cash prizes of #10,000 naira to THE WINNER and #5,000 to 1ST RUNNER UP, The CEO of MERCY WAVE CONGLOMMERATE Mercy IV Uwakwe employed youths with talents and technical handiwork into the MERCY CONGLOMERATE.

Contestant No 49, Godwin Akam Emerged winner with 2000 votes, while Contestant Number 34, Okonkwo Chinedu J.
Emerged First Runner up with 1400 votes.

DR. MERCY UWAKWE Mercy IV Uwakwe
Was born into the royal family of HRH, Eze Uwakwe Ukaegbu, the King of Amaofufe Autonomous Community, Igbere. She grew up in Houston, Texas, United States.

Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mercy World Technology Limited, MV Prime Tech and MV World Network.

She also founded Peaceful Missionary School, Mero Auto Sales, Mero Wave Car Rentals, Shop For Gain Ltd., Mercy Wave group of Companies, Dr. Mercy Uwakwe Youth Empowerment Scheme (MUYES) and Dr. Mercy Uwakwe Foundation.

Aside from her career as a Medical Doctor, she is a steadfast philanthropist and hope to play major roles in the development of Igbere, Abia state in particular, and Nigeria at large via the areas of healthcare through her hospitals, technology via Mercy World Tech. Ltd, free skill acquisition for entrepreneurs (and other training programs), monetary awards to entrepreneurs, scholarships award, and politics.

Ultimately she hopes to create equal access to health, education, good standard of living and commensurate platforms to foster ambitions of underprivileged, promote and empower sustainable economic independence for women and youth. Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe, though very young has shake the world time and time again via her numerous companies, industries, hospitals, foundation etc. She’s a a zealous world changer. Currently, Mercy Conglomerate organizes MERCY UWAKWE FACE OF THE WEEK (MUFOW) for young people who have modeling and fashion in mind here in Nigeria, from where MERCY CONGLOMERATE hopes to take them round the world.
