We all know about hot flashes and night sweats, but let’s talk about the weird signs of perimenopause no one warns you about — and more importantly, why they happen and what you can do. 👇

✨ Burning Mouth Syndrome → Estrogen changes affect saliva + taste buds.
What helps: Stay hydrated, avoid acidic foods, and talk with a hormone-literate provider if it’s ongoing.

✨ Sudden Allergies → Hormone dips impact histamine regulation.
What helps: Track triggers, consider diet/lifestyle adjustments, and speak with your doctor or naturopath about histamine intolerance.

✨ Creepy-Crawly Skin (Formication) → Estrogen supports nerves + skin hydration.
What helps: Moisturize, support your nervous system with movement and stress reduction, and discuss options like HRT if it’s disruptive.

✨ Body Odor Changes → Hormonal shifts alter sweat metabolism.
What helps: Upgrade your deodorant if needed, but also remember this is biochemical — supporting hormones (yes, including HRT for some) can help.

I’ve been offline for weeks… because I went dark.

Check it out, my friends...

Hey friends,

I’m back. 💛 I took some time away from offering the Safe & Sound Protocol because, truthfully, I needed space to figure out where my heart was pulling me. But no matter how far I stepped back, I kept coming back to this work—and to the people it’s helped (and could help).

Over the past year, I’ve been on my own healing journey, and one thing has become so clear: resetting the nervous system isn’t something you can always talk your way through. Sometimes, we need something deeper, something gentler to help us feel steady again.

As I’ve been reflecting on this and working with others navigating chronic stress, I realized how much this protocol can be a game-changer. So here I am, ready to share it again.

I’ve got a fresh new website launching tomorrow (yay!), but for now, I just wanted to say—if this speaks to you, I’m here.
