5 today! The 3 of us have been on a 10k hike over the mountains to a “secret” beach for a game of frisbee and a swim in the ocean 🤘🏼Another great day with this little legend and her mum!

If I could explain the past few weeks with this girl I would, but I’m saving that for the novel. What I can tell you is that we have both learnt so much about ourselves, one another, life and love! Complex things it turns out 😅 but hey, as with anything - you get out what you put in! (apart from a savings account or sth).

Yeah we've been slack on the uploads for over a year now, but we have actually been filming pretty much all of this time. The difficult bit is getting all this quite disjointed/random footage all edited to some sort of meaningful set of videos. We have considered scrapping what we have and starting fresh, but we want the videos for memories anyway so may as well get them uploaded.

Since being in the Canaries, we have been filming properly, with intention and I know we will have some great content published soon!

Yesterday was our last day in mainland Spain. With the aim of seeing each of the Canary Islands 🏝️ in great detail, we are going to be here a while! (Although we hear some of the islands don’t have much to see 🤷🏻‍♂️) ⁣

Today we arrived in Lanzarote and are heading straight to Fuerteventura ⛴️ , you’ll see why in the vlog 🙂 ⁣

I recently spent a week on this very small island in the German North Sea. I know most of you are here for the vanlife content (which I will be getting back to very shortly), but I had some nice pics to share so here they are. A couple months ago I put myself through a whole world of pain and pushed my fitness boundaries way further than I ever thought possible! ⁣
⁣
Tbh, the pain wasn’t so bad and the buzz was way worth it! So I thought, why not do it again? The next London marathon is only 5 months away which should allow me just enough training to hit my new target finishing time. ⁣
⁣
I’ve applied to run for Dementia UK, for reasons I will talk about in later posts if I get accepted :) ⁣
⁣
Have you smashed any boundaries this year, physical, mental, financial or anything else?What are your plans to do so over the next year? Go on - get after it 🤟🏼⁣

I haven’t put many updates out recently. So here is one… ⁣

Since early summer I have been working on an offshore windfarm in the North Sea - just saving the planet n that yanno 🌍⁣
It’s really interesting work and still allows me to live the life I have enjoyed so much for the past 5 years. Wow, I have been a TubeGypsy for half a decade! 🚐 🎥 ⁣
⁣
Vanlife is still going strong for us and the format of this work is a few weeks on and a few off, so it fits the lifestyle well. Travel and a decent job 👍🏼 Also it does provide some great photo opps📸 🌅 ⁣

There will be more vanlife and travel content coming which we are really excited to make and share with you! Thanks for sticking with a dormant profile ✌🏼🏖️⁣

Vegan BBQ FEAST Chickpea & Sweetcorn Burger +Chips, Mayo & Coleslaw!

🎥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐚'𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 🥘 ▶ http://bit.ly/VGK-yt 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 1 can of peeled chickpeas 1/2 can of sweetcorn 1/3 of a jar of pickled peppers Few slices of firm tofu 2 tsp of tomatoes purée Small bunch of coriander 1/2 a lemon 1 fresh chilli 1/2 red onion 1 large or 2 small carrots 1 tomato 2-3 cloves of garlic Black pepper Smoked paprika Turmeric Ground mace Kala namak Sea salt Hummus Cayenne pepper Dried garlic Lettuce Onion Courgette Veg oil Apple cider vinegar 3 medium potatoes 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 1. Cut chips and season with salt, garlic, 2 tbsp of oil and cayenne pepper. Make sure they are covered evenly and bake for 25 mins st at 180 C degrees 2. I slice the onion and cover it with apple cider vinegar for at least 10 mins. Let it sit. 3. I mince the garlic and add it to chickpeas 4. Chop rest of burger mix and mix together. 5. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins 6. Fry or bake to your liking. 7.
