On this episode of "Spotlight with SirLanceJay" we introduce Andres, an aspiring master mixologist and restaurant owner of IL Toscano Ristorante, a 5-star italian restaurant located in my hometown of Pembroke Pines. He started out my restaurant career when he was 14 years old. Bartending is one of many artistic gifts that Andres enjoys. From his service to his signature cocktails. Creating and making Cocktails is all an art and science. Just like creating a masterpiece on canvas-There are a lot of small details to be aware of when creating a balanced cocktail. There will be a lot of trial and error, which can be discouraging at times but making cocktails is all about working on your own craft and having a good time trying all these spirits.

OLD FASHION Drink Recipe
1.75ml-Bourbon Small Batch (Elijah Craig-Brand)25ml-Brown Simple Syrup (To make simple syrup: 1. 1/2 Cup of Brown sugar + 1 Cup of Hot Water 2. Stirr until Clear Syrup 3. Cool down for 10-15 minutes)
2-Dashes of Old Fashioned Bitters (Found at Total Wine)

Put Ingredients in Glass
Add Ice
Stirr for 30-35 secs
Pour into new glass
Add orange slice or peel for citrus oils

Wednesday, a small town Pennsylvania raised kid, is making his run through South Florida's hip hop scene with vengeance and aggression. His Inspirations such as Kid Cudi and Travis Scott fuel his performance aesthetic while the music stays in a lane of his own. He has performed with the likes of PnB Rock, Lupe Fiasco, DMX, Fetty Wap, and many more as both his hometown, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and the South Florida region hold open arms to his performances. The growth of Wednesday’s relationships with South Florida DJ’s & radio stations have been tremendous. His remix of “Nice For What” by Drake was debuted daily on the Power 96 Morning Show with Lucy Lopez & DJ Zog. Wednesday continues to pump out new music while holding himself as the founder of an event production company. His largest event, The Ripple Effect, has been accumulating 400+ locals to support the upcoming musicians and local businesses within the Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County. The stamp he has made thus far in the community on an independent basis is almost unheard of. All eyes are on him as his career continues to grow.

His love for acting spans past the stage as he has made appearances in The Road to Truth (an independent film), Blue (short film), and an extra role in M Night Shyamalan's feature film Glass. Aside from memorizing monologues, Grant, is also a musical artist who performed in a youth R&B group called Forever One that notably went on to win Philly's Uptown Theatre Talent Search, as well as performing solo on Amateur Night at the Apollo Theater in New York.
