Ingredients: Chicken Thigh Lemon and Chile Spice Mix Cayenne Pepper Smoked Paprika Garlic Powder Onion Powder Peri Peri Mix Olive Oil Dark Maple Syrup *Chicken Thigh baked for 22-25mins at 200 °C fan, make sure chicken is fully cooked as all ovens operate slightly differently* This recipe is something we do in bulk so we have chicken ready in the fridge to eat and to save time cooking throughout the week.
