Hello ladies and gentlemen, we welcome you to the one and only soon to be world famous: The Yin and the Yang podcast page on facebook! The show we broadcast every thursday is all about the martial arts(traditional and mixed), fitness, motivation, we take fan mail and we also have a special segment called Chu'ed Out! Want to know what it is, well, you'll have to tune in to find out! We do have to s

pecifically mention some things about this show:
1. It is powered by the Mohr of the Same Network in association with Anti-USW productions(a little inside joke).
2. Our show DOES NOT speak about 3 topics(at least we try): NO POLITICS, NO RELIGION, AND NOTHING ABOUT OUR 9 TO 5'S! We respect all opinions, walks of life, and we believe we are all human!
3. This is done on our OWN personal time.
4. We DO NOT represent any organization, any agency, and we are not paid to do any of this. We love podcasting and it's about passion.
5. Call it cussing, cursing, foul language, or profanity, we do use it. Not to the point of every sentence but when it comes out, it comes out. We keep it loose folks. So if you're offended by any and every little thing or word, sorry but listen at your own risk and discretion.
