These are the true pioneers and trailblazers of what's now considered hip hop. The uncelebrated crews from various parts of the Bronx and other areas of the city, who never recorded an album, nor performed on big stages such as the Grammys or Fresh Fest tours. But make no mistake, their contribution can never be voided out the history, for without us local cats that traversed the streets, parks and clubs within the boroughs of New York, they're wouldn't be anything remotely close to the experience viewed today. these flyers speak volumes of the ground breaking art of the Rap Music era that breathed life into communities and flowed throughout the entire world.

Read this flyer closely. It features all the early rap crews of the 70's and 80's. The 5th line of this flyer, featuring all Rap groups reads..."Three Floors Of Live DISCO MUSIC! " Why? Because we never called what we were actually doing Hip hop. This one's for all the so called hip hop enthusiast who want be hardcore about the history of Rap music. There's too many receipts floating around out here with peoples names on it, who act like they forgot. But there's a whole lot of us who may not have made records or performed on tours who were right there when everything popped off, and we know what time it is! Stay true to the roots, it's all about evolution and accountability of time. And we had a great time as kids discovering the things we could do with two turntables and microphone...Peace!!!!
