Y’all!
Last week, I had the absolute honor of speaking at in The Big Apple amongst the best and brightest in and .
The topic was how you can build your brand and business through the strategic use of marketing.
What I take away from the conference overall is that:
- New generations of consumers are open to and even expect to be sold to online.
- We HAVE to provide them authentic value. This way, we can win their loyalty or be banned for life.
- It solidified my knowing that we marketers have a great honor and responsibility to shape a world we want to live in. Collapsing that belief into just “selling s**t to people” would be a big mistake for both your business and our world.
- Music and how we choose to use it can and should (for certain brands) play a major role in almost every thread of the marketing process - from strategy to creative, ex*****on to data collection and measuring ROI.
Let’s stop spending TONS of money to confuse consumers and dilute our brands with unintentional music practices.
