Why We Started Fifty Dubai

We think experiences begin long before you get somewhere [ restaurant, tourist destination, etc.] and continue long after. The "before" is a place of anticipation, where desire is born. The "after" is a place of recollection, where memories live. So, when we talk about experience design, we talk about creating desire, capturing the moment, and collecting memories. We a

re only interested in experiences created in collaboration with outstanding individuals who are at the very top of their art or science. We start with one thing and keep at it until we get good. So we've now focused exclusively on culinary experiences. Because they are really difficult to get right. Difficult because we film in very low light. Because we show food in a way that makes you need to swallow. Because we capture fleeting moments without killing them. The artist who captures culinary experiences compares to almost any other type of film maker in the same way that a brain surgeon compares to a butcher. Positively. Give us a challenge.
