Over the weekend, the Irvine Police Department's Investigations Bureau Detectives patrolled neighborhoods recently impacted by residential burglaries. In Turtle Rock, they encountered an individual matching the description of a suspect from a recent attempted burglary. It appeared the man was scouting the neighborhood to burglarize a home.
