With over 20 years of experience, Alex, the founder of Ndless Entertainment has been involved in all areas of the entertainment industry. Starting her career as a radio personality in the late 90's on WDBX 91.1 FM, she learned the ins and outs of radio broadcasting. After 3 years of her show being on the air, she retired and landed a job at JamDown Records in Atlanta as their Director of Marketing
and Promotions, where she learned about all aspects of the business, including publishing, distribution, and of course, marketing. During her time at JamDown, she was asked to write an article about the label and do album reviews, and it was during this time she discovered her passion for writing. Having written multiple articles already, she was asked to write some additional stories for Rap Pages magazine, including a reggae column which to date, is still the only reggae column written by a woman in a hip hop publication. She later wrote for Rootz Magazine, The Caribbean Star, Reggae Nucleus, and The Observer. She also had the opportunity to meet producers, and wound up managing the production team at Shy Shy Records and one of their artists, Rally Bopp. After leaving JamDown, she worked as an event coordinator helping various promoters in Atlanta, and became a part of some of the biggest events, including Merciless, Mad Cobra, Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Bounty Killa and Lady Saw, to name a few. Additional opportunities came in 2003, as Alex was asked to host Reggae Video Magazine, a monthly magazine show that focused on all forms of Reggae music. Unfortunately ahead of it’s time, this show didn’t last long. The most memorable show for her was interviewing Stephen, Damian, and Julian Marley, Yami Bolo, and Morgan Heritage. As years passed, she was on a writing assignment in St. Lucia, where she met the owner of Metro Publications. Shortly after the trip, she had the opportunity to become the managing editor of 3 of their 5 publications. She stayed with Metro Publications for 2 years before parting ways. Shortly after, Alex decided to take a hiatus to start a family. Throughout all these years, Alex always utilized her creativity to help other people build their brands. She helped business owners, promoters, artists, and deejays build their identity for the public to consume. Working with graphic artists, producers, record labels, magazines, and radio, Ndlessimages was formed. Now that her family is much older, Alex has decided to make a comeback. Last year, she was asked to help with programming for The Hump Day Show, a weekly show on Reggae Vibes Radio. After giving it some serious thought, 1 year later, she has decided to bring back her company, and help people build their brand, this time calling it Ndless Entertainment, to reflect her diversity in the Entertainment field. If you are an artist, deejay, producer, writer/blogger, graphic designer,or a business owner, Ndless Entertainment an help you.
