Dear artists, fans, and friends,
I’m reaching out today on behalf of the organizers of the Red Carpet Award Show.
For more than six years, this special event has been organized with great passion and dedication – giving artists from all over the world a stage filled with music, emotions, and unforgettable moments.
In recent years, however, it has become increasingly challenging to maintain such international events. Especially finding sponsors has become more and more difficult, which naturally makes organizing the Award Show harder.
Based on the experiences of the Red Carpet Award Show 2025, there were unfortunately several situations where artists made hotel reservations through the organizers but did not respond to any messages or reminders.
Some of these bookings were not canceled at all or only at the very last minute – contrary to hotel policies.
As a result, the organizers were left with over €12,000 in costs, which had to be covered personally.
This experience has made it clear that stricter and more reliable structures are needed in the future.
Of course, this does not include the artists who had to cancel due to serious illness and other sad situations with family members – they have our full understanding and compassion.
To prevent such risks in the future and to cover at least a small portion of the expenses, it was decided to introduce a registration fee of €25 for the upcoming Red Carpet Award Shows.
This fee is used solely to maintain the event’s high professional standards and to cover organizational and technical expenses.
It is not an extra charge, but rather a necessary step to ensure fairness, reliability, and stability for everyone involved.
The organizers remain true to their core values: Fair Play for all artists, transparency, and mutual respect.
On behalf of the organizers, it is my heartfelt concern to share this background with you and ask for your understanding and continued support.
Please also remember that the registration deadline is December 31, 2025.
