Autumny lunchtime walks which is a crazy sentence to say in the second week of November.
It's been so mild the leaves are still happily on the trees, and I've got a hoody on and I'm drinking iced coffee with sunglasses on!

🏉Calling all rugby lovers, from Union and League🏉

On Sunday 17th November, the first ever 745 game is taking place at the AMT Leeds Headingley Stadium. The 745 game was born out of a heartfelt conversation between Rob Burrow and Ed Slater before Rob passed in June. It was when the game started to come to life it became obvious that Doddie Weir needed to be brought into the picture.

The game will be the first of many and will see former stars from both Union and League take to the pitch together for the first time to raise funds for MND. The player lineup includes superstars such as Danny Cipriani, Keith Senior, Adrian Morely, Tom Youngs. Close friends of Rob Burrow & Ed Slater, Jonny Wilkinson, Kevin Sinfield & Barrie McDermot will be hosting hospitality on the day.
We have a few Sponsorship & Hospitality packages still available for the day. Should you be interested in hearing a little more on any of them, please do let me know so that I can get some more information over to you.
The 745 message will reach over 17 million people over socials and national coverage on BBC today. A documentary is being made and teasers will appear on Sky Sports Instagram & The RFU post game.

I've been a busy bee lately so I'm definitely playing catch up I'm afraid!

However this time last week I attended 'Speaker of The Year' by the wonderful
I got to meet and hear the brilliant stories of David Gower , Mark Crossley and Martin Bayfield hosted by John Inverdale.
What an incredible night. Thank you to Mark Gallagher for the invite and I look forward to working with you in the future at Gloucester Rugby! P.S. yes I am stood up next to Martin. he's that tall 🥴😂

Missing my second HOLM today. Genuinely missing the team and that matchday buzz even if I am in Ibiza. It feels very weird and wrong to be watching it on the TV.

No one really understands the blood sweat and actual tears that goes into what we do in a season unless you do it. Working in sport is the biggest rollercoaster ride you'll ever go on and definately not for the faint hearted. There really is nothing like it
