Lessons of 6 days of 5am yoga taught me…
✨mindfulness: nothing exist but the present
✨balance: we all fall out of balance but the most important action is to give yourself grace and get back into balance
✨patience: giving yourself and others patience is one thee ultimate forms of compassion
✨gratitude : we take over 25,000 breaths a day that most of us take for granted. Give thanks for what you already have
✨reciprocity: when we are good to our bodies , our bodies are good to us. What you put in/on your body, how you mover your body or lack there of is imperative.
✨Love: we are not our professions. We are not our worldly possessions. We are soul. We are energy. We are one spirit. How we operate and impact others is a direct reflection of if we are in alignment with our purposes
