SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE.

1. Eagles fly alone and at high altitudes. They don't fly with sparrows, Ravens and other small birds.

Meaning: Keep away from small minds. Those that bring you down. Eagles fly with eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an accurate Vision. They have an ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles the eagle will not move it's focus for the prey until it grabs it.

Meaning: Have a vision and no matter the obstacles you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not eat dead things. They only feed on fresh prey.

Meaning: Do not rely on your past access. Keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave the past where it belongs: the past!

4. Eagles love the storm. When clouds come the eagles get excited, the eagle uses the storms winds to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

Meaning: face your challenges head-on knowing that these will make you stronger and victorious in the end and better than you were. We can use the life's storm to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights.

5. Eagles prepare for training. They remove the feathers and soft grass from the nest so that young ones get uncomfortable in preparation to flying away and eventually flies when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.

Meaning: Leave your comfort zones. There is no growth in there.

6. When the eagle grows old its feathers become weak and can not take it as faster and as high as it should. This makes it weak and could eventually die. So it retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there it plucks out its feathers and breaks its bicks and claws against the rocks until it is completely bare. Then it stays in this place until it grows new feathers, new beaks and claws and fly higher than before.

Meaning: We oftenly need to shed off our old habits. Whatever doesn't add value to our lives and ourselves must be let go off.

2021/2022 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD ( FSB ) - FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION.

The Honourable Minister of Education (HME), Mallam Adamu Adamu, hereby invites interested and qualified Nigerians to participate in the 2021/2022 Nomination Computer Based Test (CBT) for the Federal Government Scholarship Award for:

NIGERIA AWARD SCHOLARSHIP (NA) 2021/2022 TENABLE IN NIGERIA PUBLIC TERTIARY INSTITUIONS.

* THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NIGERIAN AWARD ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- undergraduate, higher National Diploma & NCE applicants must be registered full-time students in their second year ( 200L ) or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education.

All undergraduate Scholarship applicants (Physically challenged inclusive) must have at least 4.0 Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7 point scale.
All NCE and HND applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0

- Applicants for Postgraduate studies should possess a minimum of first degree with Second Class Honours Division. Applicant must be registered Full-Time student of Federal or State Universities.

FIELD OF STUDY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARD ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Science and Technology
Medicine and Para-medicals
Educations
Agriculture
Liberal Arts/Social/Management Sciences
Entrepreneural Studies,
ICT
Environmental Sciences
Law

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The scholarship is tenable in Nigeria and take effect from the beginning of the academic session.
It shall not be held at the same time with another Award nor for part-time studies.
Change of course or Institution is not allowed while enjoying the award.


METHOD OF APPLICATION
All qualified candidates are advised to:

a. Visit Federal Ministry of Education’s website www.education.gov.ng and click on Federal Scholarship Board ICON on the Home Page or Click https://fsbn.com.ng/applicants/auth/register and register directly, then continue the application process.

b. Read Guidelines and then Complete the Application Form online.
c. Print the Examination slip.
d. Double Entries will be disqualified!

Entertainer, Banky W has shared his past struggles with promiscuity and po*******hy.

Banky W made these revelations in an interview with The Visibility Lunch Hour hosted by Glory Edozien.

Speaking Banky W said despite his success in the entertainment industry, he had personal struggles and felt "empty" and "wretched."

He said, “In the eyes of the world I was a successful artiste. I have been a successful record label executive, successful entrepreneur but I still felt empty, I still felt wretched.

“There were things that I was struggling with on a personal basis. Everything from promiscuity to po*******hy to just things that you will struggle with, real things that people struggled with on a personal basis.

"This is now getting into areas where you feel like you are in bo***ge and you are trying to clean yourself up but you keep making the same mistake, so you are just stuck in this place of feeling far from God, feeling separated from God. Feeling that I have made a little bit of money but I’m still not happy and still not fulfilled"
