Been training myself lately maging calm in all situations, ung mabilis uminit ang ulo is not helping me at all.
If you're in the same space as me, worth mentioning to your clients, can prevent huge losses to you client's customers.
This is the third print spooler vulnerability to emerge in just five weeks. While a critical flaw was originally identified and patched in June, a similar flaw...
Nagiisip akong magbitaw ng client, but was also thinking, sayang din yung pay, so kinausap ko tong client of maybe getting a raise, problem is, mukhang it doesn't make a business sense na bigyan ako ng company ng raise so I thought, he's right, I might be in the wrong niche kaya dko makuha yung raise na nakukuha ko with other clients...
The following day, nagapply ako, and damn, GOD is always perfect when it comes to giving you what you need.
Hinire ako nitong client 2 days after kame magusap, nakuha ko yung pay na gusto ko ng hindi forced.
Lesson here is: don't just go and betray a client, lalo na kung mabait sayo, talk to them, know why they can't give you the raise para at least alam mo if you're going to stick around or not. In my experience hindi binibigay kasi bine base nila yung pay natin sa economy natin, which minsan it makes sense, but if you think na it doesn't, then look somewhere else na maappreciate ka based on what you can bring in to the table.
Just so glad that my current employer understands how I want to manage my team.
I'm quite new in managing a team but this is one of those experiences where you're not just thinking about ur s**t but also your team.
A prime example of not letting clients take advantage of us FILIPINOS! So proud of u bro. 👊

Yes, 1st day of the year and Slack is down! 🤣
Merry Christmas ya'll, sana nakareceive kayo ng 13th month or any form of bonus if not, that's OK, your time will come and you'll get what you deserve ang importante, you're safe and buo ang family.
Saw this earlier sa isang WFH group...
Grabe naman, I just hope na hindi filipino yung nagudyok sa client na to na mag offer ng $1/hr.
This is too much, alam ko kelangan natin ng work, pero kelangan dn naman nila skills and effort natin eh, so we deserve to be paid fairly based on our output.
Sana lng wg nya tanggapin tong offer na to.
Tagal na di nakakapagupload, pasensya na ah, mejo busy...

THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS IN WORKING FROM HOME⁉️📣💯

I learned stuff na dko akalain na pwede ko pa lang aralin, I thought I was stuck, with my age and the growing family that I have, I felt that I was too late na, I wanted to rush things and become who I wanted to be.
You know what, I was wrong, I can't learn things in an instant, I can't use the skills that I just acquired to earn more. NO. I was very wrong... I learned na walang SHORTCUTS, there's just no SHORTCUTS, it's impossible, there's no HACK na magically ur earning alot na, EVERYTHING takes time, it's a campaign, there's no such thing na kapag may tinake kang course or certificate eh magiging mas better na sahod mo, in my experience, it doesn't work that way.

This photo was taken back in 2017, naalala ko back then when I decided to take chances sa pagttrabaho online, I didn't know stuff, ang alam ko lang was yung product na sinusupport ko! I never knew what being IT was, how to edit videos, how to manage an eCommerce store or even digital marketing, but I did it anyway, I took chances and gave my 💯, didn't matter if wala akong PC table and was working sa dining table, my mind was aiming towards earning more and get better.
I learned stuff na dko akalain na pwede ko pa lang aralin, I thought I was stuck, with my age and the growing family that I have, I felt that I was too late na, I wanted to rush things and become who I wanted to be.

Hahaha, hell yeah!
Similar to when you're trying to get a yes from a client:
1. Set a respectful tone, #1 rule yan.
2. Show empathy, paramdam mo sa client na naiintndhan mo ung frustration nila or why they need to hire someone to do the task for them.
3. Keep a balance view of yourself, wag maangas, wg feeling genius, oo kaya mo ung task, pero it doesn't mean na pwede kna maging arrogant. Be confident enough, yet humble.

Oh yung may mga inaasahang 13th month/bonus sa mga clients, ito na ang pinakahhntay nyo 🤣🤑
📣Empowered Consumerism⁉️
DISCLAIMER: This post is not intended to defame someone, this is simply an educational post, para alam ng mga tao kung ano tong pinapasok nila. So be OPEN-MINDED!!!
It's a made-up word by a company as their campaign name.
This looks like this word is from 2 combined words EMPOWERED and CONSUMERISM which means:
EMPOWERED = give (someone) the authority or power to do something.
CONSUMERISM = In common use, consumerism refers to a tendency of people living in a capitalist economy to engage in a lifestyle of excessive materialism that revolves around reflexive, wasteful, or conspicuous overconsumption. SO KAYO NA ANG HUMUSGA 🤣
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/consumerism.asp
So, nagresearch ako about this kasi it's been making rounds recently, and I was surprised na this word was made by a MLM COMPANY here in PH.
Wala naman masama if magdidive kayo into networking or MLM and try your luck in that field, ang hindi ko gusto is selling a dream na FAR FETCHED!!!
I'm not saying na impossible ang 140k a day or joining and doing networking wouldn't change your life, yes it's possible and doable, but at what/whos expense? Think about this, para kumita ka sa Networking or MLM kelangan mo maginvite ng other distributors to sell the company's product bago ka magkacommission OR bonus kapag nagjoin yung distributor OR magbenta ka ng product ng company na yun.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/multi-level-marketing.asp
Yung mga ganitong klaseng company, ang main market nito is yung desperation ng mga tao na magkapera or yung mga tao na naghahanap ng easy way out. AGAIN, walang masama na maghanap ka ng easy way out or mag MLM, ang ayoko dito is yung pag aadvertise ng mga company ng PROMISE na magiging maganda buhay mo kapag ginawa mo yung business na to, kasi let’s face it, sobrang baba ng percentage ng mga nagiging successful sa mga MLM businesses, mas malaki pa percentage ng mga nagsusucceed kapag nag open ka ng sarili mong Shopify store and do DROPSHIPPING and take note, mas mababa pa yung required na capital.
Hays, so if curious ka what EMPOWERED CONSUMERISM is, it’s a made-up word by a MLM company here sa PH na pinangalan nila sa marketing campaign nila.
Ingat kayo kung san nyo gagastusin yung hard earned money nyo, OK! PAWER!
It's ok to trade time for money, just make sure na it's worth it.
