Super Fuzz Radio Super Fuzz Radio can be heard on 106.3FM-WRFZ, Rochester Free Radio every Wednesday night from 9-11. In a nutshell, we play whatever we feel like playing.

We are Super Fuzz Radio, hosted by Rochester's own Michael Nitro and Spaz Spaziani. Naturally, based on our interests, we play a lot of 90's music. Though 90's is our primary focus, we also play songs from the 70's, 80's, 2000's, and even songs from this decade. As mentioned above, we play whatever we feel like playing. ing to hear a lot of music you most likely won't hear on any other show... at least not in Upstate/Western New York, anyways. You can hear our show on Wednesday nights from 9-11PM on 106.3FM or at www.RochesterFreeRadio.com. We will soon be launching our own local-music podcast which will air on Mondays and Fridays from 11AM-2PM on a website we have yet to make. SOOOOO.... stay tuned for that, it may be a little while!
