The easiest way to succeed greatly is to find someone else who has already achieved what you want to achieve and then do the same things this person did, over and over, until you get the same results.

Write down the names of three people you admire, whether for the people they are or for something they have accomplished.
What is the quality you admire most about each one of them?
How can you develop those qualities in yourself?
Here’s the first rule of the law of cause and effect:
If you do what successful, happy people do, over and over, there is nothing that can stop you from eventually getting the same results that they do.
The second rule is this:
If you don’t do what successful, happy people do, nothing can help you.
The world is full of people who are doing what ûñhæppy, ùñsuccessful, frû$træted people do, and then they are amazed that they get the same results.
But this is not a matter of açç!dęnt, random chance, or bæd luck. It is simply a matter of law.
If you eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, and take good care of your body, you will be fit and trim, and have high levels of energy. And if you don’t, you won’t. Everyone understands and agrees with this. It is obvious. It is simply a matter of cause and effect.
