We know alot of people use Fire TV devices to stay in a budget but we always like to throw out recommendations.

The Nvidia Shield devices are amazing devices and have the power to prevent alot of buffering issues because of its processing power and it won't go bad in a couple of months or become obsolete. We personally use these and love them.

It's Super Bowl Day!!!

As you can see in the video, we've added a Super Bowl category for some of the channels needed for the day. The game is on Fox this year, so also in the video, you can see how to search for every fox channel and have a ton of options to avoid the heavier used streams. If you have a renewal that needs to happen today, please go ahead and get that done instead of waiting until 5min before the game. Also in this post are the basic troubleshooting tips for if you encounter issues. Hope you all have a great Sunday and don't feel too bad tomorrow morning lol.

If you are experiencing issues with either of our services, please make sure you do some basic troubleshooting yourself first.

- Power cycle your device – unplug the power for 10 secs and then plug it back in. Some devices need to be unplugged to purge the internal memory.
- Clear the apps cache – Navigate to your devices app settings and find the specific app in the list and normally you can just click clear cache. It normally works when your app was storing too much stuff in its memory and needed to be cleaned out.
- Try different app – Try the service in different apps(Smarters IPTV or Tivimate) to rule out an app issue with Hurley 2022s. If it works, then that means the Hurley app you were using has something wrong with it and should be reset and or uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Try different devices – Try the service on your mobile device to rule out a device issue. If it works on another device, that means it’s your original device that has an issue.
- Try on and off your home network – Try the service on your mobile phone, on your Wi-Fi and off your Wi-Fi to rule out an ISP issue. If it works on your mobile network, then this means it’s your ISP blocking you or throttling you and you might need to start using a VPN.
- Try a VPN – If you have an VPN, turn it on and see if the service works. If it does, then that means your ISP is blocking you or throttling you. You can Google to find free vpns available for your device.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Hurley TV Pro Application. Please install the Hurley TV 4.1.2 application for your fire tv devices. You can do so by opening the Downloader application on your fire tv devices. Then enter the url - tinyurl.com/hurley41 and then click install. After installation, just sign into Server 1 with the username and password you received via email after signing up. Please reach out if you have any questions or problems.
