Tennessee Whiskey came about when second year St. Andrews student Paige Moore decided that she needed a safe space to play her country music. Having grown up in the heart of Tennessee, the world capital of country music, Paige has been exposed to many country and bluegrass artists. Wanting to share her love of country music with her Scottish community, Tennessee Whiskey was created and will hopefully continue through her time at St.

Our story

Tennessee Whiskey came about when second year St. Andrews student Paige Moore decided that she needed a safe hour to play her country music while in Scotland during term. Having grown up in the heart of Tennessee, the world capital of country music, Paige has been exposed to many country and bluegrass artists. Wanting to share her love of country music with her Scottish community, Tennessee Whiskey was created to discover new country music while exploring the history and artists that have made country music what it is today. This year, 2019-2020 marks the third year of the show and Paige couldn’t be more excited to get back on the air and share her unwavering passion and ever growing knowledge of country and bluegrass music!
