Graduating as a Director & Editor from The Northern Film School in 2005 Aurora set up her own company LITTLE NORTHERN LIGHT. She was simultaneously a founder of the successful Production Company LEFT EYE BLIND where she made short film "Life on the Line" by winning the EPIC award grant with Leeds Met University. Through the Green Shoots Scheme at Vision & Media she directed "Shades of Living" with

British Council Film Funding. Winning funding through the NOKIA SHORTS pitch contest, "Daniel" filmed exclusively on the Nokia N8 phone was premièred at the Edinburgh Film Festival. Recently joined BLINDAURA a promo production company after leaving Left Eye Blind, the collective partnership of three directors who formed in 2008. While in partnership they gained industry recognition, signing to ACADEMY FILMS in 2009 for representation and shot music videos working with The XX and Eliza Doolittle. Her collaborative dance work specifically with Jenni Wren has progressed earning the title of Associate Artist at SLANJAYVAH DANZA, with previous successful projects such as "Blind Passion" - Raw Cut, The SangerWren Chronicles. Most recently "Crazy Joanna", the ARTS COUNCIL funded narrative integrated dance/film has toured and screened internationally.
