Class, or the loosening up of the crowd

Class, or the loosening up of the crowd is a comment of Walter Benjamin's The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction developed through the reading of the note on the proletarian class from the 1936 version in which Benjamin expands his own idea of "revolutionary class".
This allows for a wider contextualisation and comparison with the cinematographic production that leads to a new reading of the concept of crowd and class consciousness.
