"Almost everyone knows everyone," Nove owner Louis Lazzinnaro says. "There's racetrack people. There's people that come up from downstate. There's steady customers that are part of the family here, and for the most part, everybody’s really happy."

The restaurant, located at 707 Saratoga Road, Wilton, opened in 1999. At the time, it was called Sergio’s and was a family-style restaurant. The name change came about 15 years ago, accompanied by a focus on a more sophisticated menu.
