Let’s Talk about Breaking all the Rules!
Musicians, Writers, Producers, Arrangers and Bands, most of the time work within a set of Predetermined Rules. No matter what Genre, there are Chops, Feel, Techniques, etc., that we all tend to follow. Well, here at The Rebel Cause Record Label (Emphasis on the word ‘REBEL’), like to break those rules. On this Label we cover every Genre, therefore, nothing is out of bounds. If there is one Album we have released that has Broken every Rule, it would be, '4 No Reasons' Album entitled, 'Aliens'. We had a Blast not only working on it, but listening to it as well. It floats between, Punk, New Wave, Electronic, Hip Hop, Avantgarde and so much more, as it Breaks All the Rules predetermined by those Genres of Music. Enjoy!

In the Back Alley of The Cavern Club, - Never Mind The Bo****ks and - SchoolBoys in Disgrace, had some kind of strange “Relations” and produced a Batch of miss behaving, sarcastic, yet Cultured, young people. Who eventually found their way into the Catholic School System. At 13 years of age, these quick witted adolescents formed a Band and wrote a Bitter tirade of incredible songs. In fact, according to them, it is the GREATEST PUNK ALBUM ever Recorded. This is then, THE GREATEST PUNK SONG ever Written! Be forewarned as you listen to this song and especially this Album that, “No one, is Safe from their Wrath!”. We even left one song off, because it was deemed “Too Offensive for Modern Ears”.

This Year we Lost one of our Founders, Sir Peter Burke McClanahan. In Honor of him this year we will be releasing all of the Music he made under this Banner.

So far, it has been 36 Record and 225 Songs, with more on the way. That’s how prolific and ambitious he encouraged this Label to become under his tutelage.

He started his Career on Geffen Records and parlayed it to playing with a multitude of Artists Both Famous and infamous. The list is beyond belief.

A cultured and wonderful individual, we will miss him greatly. Understand, that every record you stream, especially his, goes to posthumously help his son.

Look for anything with his name or the Rebel Cause Banner. Along with an Event Planned either in his Name or Rebel Cause. Thank you.
