When I consulted Naturopathy Doctor Mr. Bommuraj for my digestive issues, he brought forth a very interesting conversation.
He asked, "Which food brings more energy to your body and mind ?"
I smiled and let him explain. And, he went on..
"Going by the ancient sciences, the one which has more life energy or 'prana shakthi' in it. This definitely leaves us with plant based raw foods. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc. 🥕🥦🍅🍱🥒
Now comes the question, which among them is easy for the body to digest and consume ?
Food that is already semi-digested outside the human body so that our digestive system works minimal to extract maximum energy from it ?
The 'fruit' of a plant is it's most digested part. 🌴Consuming fruits as a part of your daily diet could raise your energy levels considerably. 😊💪🏽
Also, considering the human evolution, early human beings were 'Fruitarians'." 🦧🧠🚶🏽♂️
From then on, fruits have been mandatory in our diet. We call it the 'Energy Bowl' and is our breakfast. 😊😎🥭🥥🍌🍋🍍🥝🍉🍊🍎
