Today is Equal Pay Day, the day that represents how far into the year women must work to make what men earned in the previous year. March 14. That far.
The current state of the gender pay gap is 84 percent for full-time workers and 77 percent for all workers, according to the American Association of University Women. Let's keep fighting for what's right!
Today is Equal Pay Day. The date symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned the year before. An extra two whole months and 15 days! For women of color, the disparity is even wider.

Women@Work March breakfast featuring Terry Nawrot
Women@Work was fortunate to have Saratoga Springs-based entrepreneur Terry Nawrot join us for this month's Women Who Lead breakfast, moderated by TU editor and reporter, Leigh Hornbeck. The co-owner of InsightPath and co-founder of SprintStart was frank and candid about how she tackles those moments of self-doubt and fear. It was refreshing and something we all need to hear!
