Check out eating her ! Was so lucky to chat and cook for and share all about the benefits of bugs. She runs Ezra’s Enlightened Cafe in to provide clean and wholistic meals that you can feel good about eating and sharing with your little (and larger) loved ones.

If you’re even remotely interested in the growing world of edible insects, this is the podcast for you. Cricket Man is fun, honest, personable, zany and sometimes downright weird, but he has interviewed the vast majority of the people leading this industry, from the academic to the entrepreneur, from scientists to social impact charities to chefs. Listening to this podcast will introduce you to many of the people starting companies and changing the world by growing this grassroots movement. Go, Bugible! Our Bug Soul Sister Aly Moore knocked one out of the park yesterday with these "wonderfully juicy" tomato hornworms! She makes a great point about taking that leap...you know the one? Where you go from regularly eating dried and roasted insects like crickets and grasshoppers to the glorious, juicy mouthful of buggie goodness that 99% of those who actually try something like these hornworms usually say something like (with a pleasantly surprised look on their faces) "That tastes nothing like I thought it would, it's actually pretty good!"

I still can't get over how delicious this is. Definitely not a beginning bug, as most people are ok with dehydrated/roasted critters. These tomato hornworms, however, are wonderfully juicy - yes, I used the "j-word" - and make for an amazing olive-oil-infused Caprese topper 😍🍅 Would you be down to try it??

Any one of the reader/listeners of the Ento Nation from over 200 countries will tell you that each week on the podcast you can hear an ento-chef or bug cooking expert showing you how to prepare and eat delicious, nutritious, and sustainable bugs. We’ll have every single audio recipe ever prepared on the Ento Nation podcast from the likes of Chef PV, Aly Moore of Bugible, and all of the other wonderful guest bug cooking experts who have appeared on the show. Plus, even more brand new audio recipes from some of the up and coming stars of the modern entomophagy movement, bug cooking experts like Joy Nemerson of Get Buggie, and Michela Dai Zovi, editor of the Bugs for Beginners Cookbook, even Cricket Man himself contributes a few recipes.

We will also have introductions to each audio recipe by entomologist Javon Latimore of EnTune. Javon will provide introductions to each recipe and talk about the actual bugs being used in that recipe. She’ll describe its nutrition profile, where it is from, how to get it, and other interesting facts about the bug you are going to cook. Click to learn more.
