2006 - US helped Israel invade and completely destabilise Lebanon
2008 US backed Israel again to invade Gaza
2011 - US lead the invasion of Libya completely destabilising the country
2014 - US joined the Syrian Civil war again leaving the region completely destabilised again
That all in the last 30 years
So before you go pointing the finger with ur bottom lip wobbling about how Putin has no right to invade Ukraine how’s about you go read some history books.
