Double espresso ( I used 18.5g of Press Coffee’s Twitch espresso beans recommended by @katerinafaith )
1/2 tablespoons strawberry rose syrup (Monin)
1 tablespoon white mocha sauce (I used Hollander)
Milk (I use no sugar Chobani oatmilk)
Ice 🧊
Blackberry cold foam 😍- mix 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon Blackberry syrup (Monin) - froth w/handheld frother till thicker consistency
Drizzle more white mocha sauce on top 😋

I combined ⬇️
A double shot espresso
1 tablespoon (more or less for your taste) of @pink_house_alchemy ‘s pH Delight syrup (which is a combination of vanilla, cinnamon, and honey) 😋
Half and half (this is what is used in a brevé)
Ice 🧊
And, then….the cold foam 😍😍😍
I used white chocolate sauce with heavy whipping cream and oatmilk (or you can use regular milk)
Froth till thick and creamy 🤌🏼
Add some cinnamon on top and enjoy!! 🙌🏼❤️

1 tablespoon Cinnamon Roll syrup
Half and Half (this is what is used to make your drink a brevé)
Ice 🧊
For the cold foam -
*2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
*1 tablespoon milk of choice (I used oatmilk)
*1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon Roll syrup
**use a handheld frother till thicker and creamy
Add to top of drink, drizzle white mocha sauce and sprinkle some cinnamon 🤌🏼

Add cold brew coffee (I use Stok unsweet cold brew)
Cold foam-
Add 3 TBSP heavy whipping cream to small glass
2 TBSP Chobani coffee cake creamer
Froth using handheld frother (mine is from New England Stories) until thick
Pour cold foam over your vanilla cold brew coffee

Iced Caramel Macchiatos are usually made with vanilla syrup. I used Vanilla Salt from Torani and it’s sooooo delicious!
Just add your syrup to a glass, add in your milk (I use Chobani oatmilk, but typical macchiatos are made with regular milk), ice 🧊, pour over a double shot espresso and then drizzle as much caramel sauce as you like (and let it sink to the bottom)! So delicious!! 😋
