I’m not sure why, but I’m always excited to put old shirts on carboys as light blockers and insulation. Hoping to try some homemade Spiced Mead and a Vanilla pumpkin porter by Mid-December. These were just recently transferred to secondary fermentation and will rest for a bit longer before I bottle or keg.

So, I was never a full fledged sideshow performer like Christopher Scarborough, Darin Malfi or Shaggy Wilcox. I was usually just the helper, cinder block smasher, tennis rack wrangler, organizer and or occasional stage panther. Nevertheless, I have always admired and respected all the effort, hard work and artistry ever performer I’ve worked with put into their performances. That being said, today I was able to catch up and B.S. with the charismatic and great Todd Gardner. I am extremely grateful for my new piece of handmade/hand crafted art created by Mr. himself. Thank you sir!
