The universe is experiencing itself through us, so the observer is the universe and manifest (create matter) by observing new paths as we imagine them.
Time is the only variable gives us existence.
The universe has to slow down to specific frequencies to experience us.
What we think (or imagine) we will see - this we actually do see in „reality" - we manifest instantly. Constantly. It's a hologram. Tetrahedrons. Mathematics.
