Every so often I like to reintroduce myself for anyone new on the page. My name is Kelly and I am the owner of Northern Lights Charcuterie Co. My passions for food, cooking and art are all wrapped up in my charcuterie and grazing boards, boxes and tables. If I am not making charcuterie you can find me shopping, gardening and spending time with my 3 daughters and husband (who you may see on here time to time helping me create items for my business and your events) I love to share pictures of my creations on this page as well as my life so that you know who you are buying from and supporting with my small business.

Our charcuterie bar was a hit, you picked a cup, filled with crackers and nuts then I helped select the cheese, meat, fruit and veggies to go in it. Then the guests ended with topping up the cup with some treats and edible glitter !

Our Easter menu is now up and we are taking orders. We have spots from March 28th to April 1st ( closed Easter Sunday ) we will have limited spots available each day. All boxes will include an Easter theme of Easter candy and decor, jam or honey will also be included in each box except the Peter rabbit mini box. The Honey bunny egg boxes are small but will consist of unique Easter candies they are $5 each and perfect to place in Easter baskets or to give out at Easter or for place settings. Please reach out to us to book your spot

What are my 5 favourite tips to designing the best charcuterie board ? 👇 1) Use multiple textures ( think strawberry’s/blackberries Brie/tickler cheese ) 2) Use at least 3 types of cheese ( soft, medium, firm ) 3) Cut all your cheese so your guests won’t feel awkward cutting into the first piece !
