For us reading is our saving grace. We both struggle with anxiety. Reading is a way we can both turn our brains off and become engulfed in the stories. Between being full time students and working full time, reading definitely helps us unwind. Nothing is better than being able to finish a book and having someone to discuss it with. You could say we are both very blessed to have each other. ♥️
