3. Access FIFA World Cup 2022™️ matches using your digitalized tickets.

The app is now available to download for Android and Apple users.

To accommodate a projected increase in ridership during the World Cup, Qatar Rail will deploy 110 metro trains and increase their daily operating hours to 21 hours. During the competition, it anticipates roughly 700,000 daily passengers, or about six times the usual daily ridership.

Doha Metro will employ more than 10,000 workers, according to Minister of Municipality H E Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, who is also the Managing Director and CEO of Qatar Rail, to ensure a seamless operation and the safety and security of passengers.

As per the Cabinet's meeting, 80% of the government sector, starting from November 1 to December 19, 2022, will be working remotely, whereas 20% of staff will be working from the office. The working hours have also been reduced from 7 AM to 11 AM. However, the security, military, health, and educational sectors are excluded from these decisions. In addition, the private sector will conduct its business as usual. ��The Official Spokesperson for the Government Communications Office (GCO), Mohammed Nuwaymi Al Hajri, highlighted these decisions in a video on the GCO Twitter account.
