Managed to get the feel of the rain I wanted using Geometry Nodes to scatter points and instance objects.

Created a few normal maps then used a mask texture that I paint on to combine the two normals together giving a worn away plaster to brick look, was very fun to create 😁

Dusty library, was interesting to make this one. Found a technique to blend noise back into just the volumetric light pass to give it the effect of dust in the sun light.
