Happy Saturday!

Today we have visited our absolute favourite Festa Italiana! Couple of drinks, live entertainment and of course cannolis! Such a wonderful festival here in Manchester that we would always recommend.

Hi all!

Hope everyone has a brilliant weekend/ bank holiday whatever you decide to do! We will be spending time with family and hopefully will get back to Festa Italiana which is our fave food/drink festival in Manchester!

The last super sunny day we had we headed to York (pics below). We had such a good day with food at the Cosy Club, finally got a ghost and had some drinks wasting away at the riverside. The vlog from this afternoon will be up on the channel on Sunday!

We’ve had a really fun random unexpected day today exploring around Salford. We went to the museum and art gallery and saw the Victorian street, we went to the Salford Lads Club as we are big fans of The Smiths and never been before. We then carried onto the Quays/ Media City for a well deserved drink! This is how Sundays should be! 🤩💙

Hi everyone! Hope everyone’s having a wonderful Saturday/ start to the bank holiday.

We decided to make the most of the sunshine today and headed to Chester Zoo! We’ve had an incredible time especially seeing the snow leopard, jaguar and giraffes (even a baby one 🥺).

Always such a wonderful day out and we can’t wait to share the vlog soon as we caught some wonderful moments with the animals 🤩💙

On the final day of our cruise we docked in the super sunny Alicante at the side of the giant Oasis of the Seas! ☀️ we had a lovely walk, we saw the castle on the hill and made our way to the cute cartoony Mushroom Street.

We then had some empanadas at Jimmy Churri before continuing our walk along the palm tree lined promenade. We headed further into Alicante to try and find Farggi ice cream as it’s a fave of ours in Salou but they had no ice cream! We couldn’t believe it but at least we got a good amount of steps!

We then made our way back to the front and found a bar/ cafe called Acapulco for ice cream and ice cold San Miguel sat in the sunshine.

We then found our way back to the ship and we had a new towel animal which we were very happy about! We went to get a bite to eat at the Snack Shack but didn’t really like it so went to Abuela’s instead for some chilli nachos; this was MUCH better!

It was then time for the sail away party with the Wild Boys and they were amazing, it was an absolute grove vibe in deck and we didn’t leave till the last song. We had meant to go and get ready earlier but it was too good!

The final theme on the ship was tv shows, we had decided for the 3rd night we would just do a nod to the theme. I did a bound of Angelica Pickles from Rugrats and Dane was a generic 90s music fan. Once we were ready we went to watch the Rock Rebels show in the theatre, the entertainment team were so talented and we really loved the show!

We then made our way to The Exchange which is the secret speakeasy style bar on the ship. They didn’t have the full themed event running as our cruise was different to normal but you could go in and try the special cocktails. We really liked the decor in here and the smoked cocktails.

After a few drinks we went to the Squid & Anchor to watch Ska Britannia, we have been looking forward to watching these as we love ska and they did not disappoint! We were right at the front singing and dancing with the band and got the set list at the end! It was our favourite bit of entertainment we saw on the cruise!

We then went out into the pool deck to see DJ Sash, he had the whole place going and the vibe was super electric up here! Can’t think of a better way to have seen the night out! Again we got late night pizza before heading to bed for the last time on this cruise.

In the morning we were docked back in Mallorca and had some breakfast and tea/coffee before it was time to leave. This was a crazy party cruise and felt like a dream to be honest. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and even though we still are yet to recover im so glad we experienced it all! 🤩💙🛳️

On day 2 we docked in Barcelona. We started with a couple of bacon butties from The Kitchens before getting off the ship.

It was a lovely sunny day. We weren’t sure if we would get off the ship at this port as we had been recently but we decided to head out for a couple of hours. We had dinner at Five Guys before walking down Las Ramblas, it was a super busy day but our only goal was a sangria on Las Ramblas haha

We found a good spot and got a giant sangria each! It was great sitting and people watching for an hour or so. We saw a couple of the statue performers and made our way back to the port. We had a photo with Marella Voyager and got back on board.

When we got back to the cabin we found our first towel animal and loved it so much! As it was a mini cruise we weren’t expecting any so that was a treat. We went back to The Kitchens to sample the afternoon tea offerings this day. It was served buffet style so you could just choose what you wanted.

The sun was still shining so we wanted to stay outdoors. We had a couple of drinks at The Summer Bar. It was then time for sail away so we went to check out the Kevin and Perry dj set. We then thought we would get our evening meal before we got changed into our costumes. We both had pie and mash from The Pastry Crusy but we only ended up eating a bit as we didn’t really like it sadly.

Tonight theme was Movie Madness and we dressed up as Beetlejuice and Lydia. We were really happy with how our costumes turned out. We went to see the Robbie and Gary tribute but it was too windy for our wigs so went to see Definitely Oasis inside. After a while we went back out to chance the weather again cos we did really want to see Robbie and Gary.

It was then time for the Headliners The Vengaboys! This was so much fun we really enjoyed their show! They played all the hits and it was a great vibe on board! After the show we met the Robbie tribute Dan Bud who looked and sounded so much like him and he was lovely!

We went finding more photo ops around the ship and then headed to the dj set in the Electric Rooms. This again was great fun and after some late night pizza from Nonna’s we called it a night. Day 2 was fantastic 🤩💙

Hi everyone! We have arrived back in Manchester after an incredible time on Marella Voyager for the Electric Sunsets 80s v 90s cruise!

On our embarkation day we flew to Mallorca and were greeted by Kevin and Perry at the port. We got our bearings and explored the ship. We sampled some drinks from the Arts House, Flutes and Squid and Anchor.

It was then time to get ready for the first themed night of the cruise, Neon Night! We loved how pretty much everyone joined in with the theme and it was such an electric fun vibe all around the ship! It was super windy on deck though!

We caught part of the Madonna tribute on the pool deck but the wind was a bit too crazy so we went in to see the end of the 80s Vision show in the theatre. A little later we saw the Duran Duran tribute in the Squid and Anchor. Along with the entertainment on board we were also enjoying having photos with all the props they had about!

We had a quick bite to eat at the Snack Shack and then went to watch Go West which was such great fun and we were right near the front. We finished the night at the Silent disco which was so much fun! It was a brilliant first day/ night on the ship 💙🤩

We have just one vlog left of this series which will be out 6:30pm as usual this Sunday. We will then have a couple of theme park videos for the next few weeks before starting a new cruise series.

We will be on board Marella Voyager for their Electric Sunsets 80s v 90s mini cruise at the start of May. It looks like a lot of fun and we can’t wait to share the series with you!

Happy Easter all! Hope you’re having a lovely weekend so far.

We were off to another theme park today, this time Alton Towers. We hadn’t been for a couple of years so it was very exciting to be back and especially to ride Nemesis Reborn! So so good!

It started pretty quiet in the parks but did get busier later on but we managed to do everything we wanted to! Again the vlog will be out in a month or 2 after the cruise series! 🤩🎢
