Events for journalists! MTB Media World Cup Warmia&Masuria 2017

We are pleased to invite you to participate in MTB Media World Cup which will be organised on 11-14th May in Lidzbark Warmiński.

Our offer consists on:
- fly tickets to and from Warszawa
- transportation from and to the Warsaw Airport
- 3 nights in the hotel - Castle Krasicki****
- meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- start fee
- participation in special attractions prepared by organizers

The main race will take place on the 12th May 2017 on an MTB track at Góra Krzyżowa. At the end of the race, the first 3 participants of each category will be awarded. Winners get the MTB Media World Cup Warmia&Masuria 2017 title + gold, silver and bronze medals for places 1 to 3 sponsored by the wellnessinpoland.com as proud supporter of the MTB Media World Cup Warmia&Masuria 2017.

Main prizes:
6 days for 2 persons in Hotel Castle Krasicki for winner Open Men

The race categories are the following:
Open M (men) - Distance-21 km (5 rounds 4,2 km each)
M1 men up to 30 years old / up to 1987
M2 men 31 - 45 years old / 1986-1972
M3 men 46+ / 1971 and older

Open W (women) - Distance–12,6 km (3 rounds 4,2 km each)
W1 women up to 30 years old / up to 1987
W2 women 31 - 45 years old / 1986-1972
W3 women 46+ / 1971 and older

MTB Media World Cup Warmia& Masuria detailed plan:

Thursday, 11th May - arrival, transportation from the airport to Lidzbark Warmiński, welcome dinner in Hotel Krasicki

Friday, 12th May - MTB race, regeneration and medieval feast in Termy Warmińskie (Warmia Therms).

Saturday, 13th May - Cruise on the Śniardwy lake (biggest lake in Poland). An additional attraction will be "Maxus" yachts cruises to Mikołajki and regatta sailing which will take place. In the evening – a special event in the castle: the anniversary of bishop’s Krasicki arrival.

Sunday, 14th May – transportation to the airport

Thanks to the commitment of sponsors participation cost per person is only 150 Euro.

Cycling Media World Cup Bieszczady 2017

Podkarpacie is an European oasis of wild nature, clean, ecological region with a very rich culture. Here on the 25-28th May 2017 will be held the first edition of Cycling Media World Cup. The event is organized for media people passionate with cycling. World Cup is a regular event held each year in the spring.

Cycling Media World Cup will host 160 athletes representing editorial staffs from 25 countries from around the world. The organizers prepared very interesting and demanding routes for women and for men by the Bieszczady Mountains.
At the end of each race, the first 3 participants of each category will be awarded. Winners get the Cycling Media World Cup 2017 title + gold, silver and bronze medals for places 1 to 3 sponsored by the wellnessinpoland.com as proud supporter of the Cycling Media World Cup 2017.
The race categories are the following:

Open M (men) - 97km - the profile of the course
M1 men up to 30 years old / up to 1987
M2 men 31 - 45 years old / 1986-1972
M3 men 46+ / 1971 and older

Open W (women) - 67 km - the profile of the course
W1 women up to 30 years old / up to 1987
W2 women 31 - 45 years old / 1986-1972
W3 women 46+ / 1971 and older

Cycling Media World Cup race for men will start at Ustrzyki Dolne (men) and Bukowiec (women) on 26th May 2017. Riders can participate in the event as long as they are publishers, editors, journalists, reporters, press photographers, camera men or cycling related bloggers. They can be employees or freelance reporters as long as they own a valid press passport of a country, an organization, a company or a medium.

The participants will be accommodated in the historical XVI hotel Krasiczyn Castle, one of the most beautiful monuments of Polish renaissance. The accompanying events will be held there: welcome dinner and historical feast.

Organizers and sponsors of the Cycling Media World Cup provide transfer from Warsaw airport, accommodation and meals in Hotel Castle Krasiczyn (3 nights' accommodation with breakfast, 3 dinners, 3 suppers), accompanying events. The cost of participation is only 190 Euro.

The Honorary Patron of the Cup is Mr Dawid Lasek, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.

Triathlon Media World Cup Podkarpackie 2017

Podkarpacie is an European oasis of wild nature, clean, ecological region with a very rich culture. Here on the 13-15th July 2017 will be held the first edition of Triathlon Media World Cup. The event is organized for media people passionate with triathlon. World Cup is a regular event held each year in the summer.

The organizers prepared very interesting and demanding route for women and for men by the Tarnobrzeskie Lake and in its surroundings. Triathlon Media World Cup will host 120 athletes representing editorial staffs from 25 countries from around the world.

At the end of each race, the first 3 participants of each category will be awarded. Winners get the Triathlon Media World Cup 2017 title + gold, silver and bronze medals for places 1 to 3 sponsored by the wellnessinpoland.com as proud supporter of the Triathlon Media World Cup 2017.

Open M (men) - 750m swim followed by a 20km cycle then a flat 5km run
M1 men up to 30 years old / up to 1987
M2 men 31 - 45 years old / 1986-1972
M3 men 46+ / 1971 and older

Open W (women) - 450m swim followed by a 10.5km cycle then a flat 3km run
W1 women up to 30 years old / up to 1987

Media World Cup is an ambitious sport challenge organized for the media people and at the same time an event promoting Poland, located in the most beautiful touristic regions.

Organizers Media World Cup Series invites 320 athletes representing editorial staffs from 25 countries from around the world. After the sport effort, the participants will visit some interesting places of Polish history and culture, see the beautiful nature and get to know the local cuisine. The series of events consists of competition in MTB, road cycling and triathlon.
