I’M NOT PERFECT BUT I ALWAYS TRY TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT

I will never forget the day that this someone talked down on me like I’m the most evil and irresponsible teacher ever. It made me rethink my ways, myself as a teacher… am I really what they said I am?

Spent years fixing my broken self esteem…
and now I’m back to square one. 🙃

I hope the Lord enlightens me…
I lift up to Him these feelings I have inside…
I hope I’ll get over this.
I hope I’ll stop doubting myself.

It is a sad fact that some people will make you question your worth, efforts and even your good intentions. They'll make you feel these are not enough, and sometimes they'll find it too much... But I think at the end of the day, we just have to reflect within ourselves if we are doing the right thing. And if we are, their opinions of you should not matter.

Protect your peace and stay away from people that don't see your value. Ü
