Eat more to lose weight!
No, it's not a marketing scam. A lot of people conflate food volume with calories, which often leads them to overeat low volume, calorie dense foods. But we can use this to our advantage on the other end of the spectrum.
Here's a cheat sheet of some of my favorite High Volume, Low Calorie foods that are absolute superheroes for your nutrition goals!

Remember, it's not about depriving yourself – it's about making empowering choices that nourish your body from within. 🙌
In fact, you should be eating more food (volume) in a fat loss phase to help feel more satiated while in a calorie deficit.
