This is too crazy.

People have been asking me about the mention of Jeskai Ascendancy Emry in yesterday's article so here it goes:
Turn 1- Mishra's Bauble, Mox Opal, Emry
Turn 2- Any artifact, Jeskai Ascendancy. Sacrifice Bauble. Now you can tap Emry to recast Bauble. This triggers Ascendancy and untaps Emry. You can do this over and over to make an arbitrarily large Emry; or stop at lethal so that the Bauble triggers don't mill you out if you fail to get in. Alternatively, this will let you loot your whole deck and attain an arbitrarily large storm count. You'll eventually just find Grapeshot and dome them for lethal. While doing those loots, you'll also be able to filter your hand into Opals for free untap triggers and mana for things like Echoing Truth; to beat Leyline of Sanctity.

The Opal is not required for the combo, it just speeds it up a turn. Emry + Bauble is great even if you don't have Ascendancy as you will be drawing an extra card every turn. Also keep in mind that her ETB trigger has a chance of milling a Bauble to get this started. We might do an article on such a deck in the future but honestly we are pretty wrapped up in Once Upon A Time shenanigans.

I’m picking Hushbringer. Hushbringer provides early disruption as well as evasion and another upside in Lifelink. Creature based strategies are big in a draft environment and Throne of eldraine has a lot of creatures with ETB effects and you can easily capitalize on your opponent losing upsides to their creatures.
