Prevention is better than cure
-Prevent is definitely better than cure no matter what it is regarding. For example, let us take the common problem of your youth and adults today which is smoking. People just smoke because they feel like it. They do not realize the after-effects of smoking. Nowadays there are many tablets like Varenicline that are available. Still, we don't know what these tablets will do to our bodies in the long run. So isn't it better if we stop smoking without the issue getting so bad?

Now that we have spoken about youth and adults let us take the example of children. The best food item that a child or actually children like is chocolates. the more the better is their motto regarding chocolates.

Is this case really true? Do chocolates really work like that or is the opposite better? The lesser the chocolates were given to the children the better it is for them in the longer run. They will not get any dental problems later and will not have to suffer. So even in this case, I think Prevention is definitely much better than curing it. As the cure will only be to do dental operations later.

After talking about the adults, youth and children let us consider the elderly. They do not want to exercise themselves and expect everything to be handed to them ona platter. I am not saying this is wrong. If they have taken care of us when we were small they also deserve the same treatment. What I am saying is that completely not moving their bodies will result in aches and pains in their bodies. To relieve themselves of these pains they will have medicines without realizing what the medicine will do for their bodies. Isn't it better to move and prevent letting the pains come than taking the medicines and suffering?

So from the above, we can see whichever stage of life you are in Prevention is definitely better than cure.
